L'Allegria welcomes you for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.
A splendid room for three people (1 king-size double bed + 1 single bed or 3 single beds), with private bathroom, offers a sublime panoramic view of the hills and the sea, which you can admire from the room's private balcony.
Breakfast (optional) is served in the garden.
You'll never want to leave Allegria, with its unique spa offering saunas, massages and yoga sessions!

Just 6 stylish, comfortable rooms, a sauna, a massage room, another room for meditation, yoga and Qigong practices, a breakfast room, a lounge just for conviviality and a 2000m2 garden offering a sublimely beautiful sea and mountain panorama....


We welcome people for retreats, times of rejuvenation, relaxation or therapy.
We offer sessions in Tibetan yoga, taiji quan, qigong and meditation.
Sauna sessions and massages are also available.

The garden offers 2000m2 of space to relax and reconnect with nature. We intervene as little as possible to make room for wild plants, many of which are medicinal.

L'Allegria is located in Bajardo, an ancient telluric center, a place of sublime beauty surrounded by mountains and forests. Silence and birdsong reign here. The air is pure and the altitude of 1,000 metres offers panoramic sea and mountain views.

The ancient village is very picturesque and boasts five restaurants serving local cuisine.
The surrounding area offers over 200km of marked footpaths through the forest, from 300 to 1600 metres altitude. It's also a popular destination for cyclists.

Beaches can be found in Sanremo or Ventimiglia, a 45-minute drive away.

Bathed in greenery and calm, you'll benefit from the surrounding serenity - a source of deep regeneration.

Traveler access
It takes about 45 minutes to get to Bajardo from Ventimiglia or Sanremo.
If you're not used to mountain roads, take the road through the village of Ceriana.
L'Allegria is right at the entrance to the village, quiet but not isolated. We have a private outdoor parking lot, closed at night.
There are 4 buses a day from Sanremo to Bajardo.
The village offers 5 restaurants serving traditional local cuisine within a 10-minute walk of the Allegria.

Other comments
As we are primarily a wellness center, we welcome people who come to rest and recharge their batteries.
+ To ensure peace and quiet and to welcome allergy sufferers, we do not accept pets, even if they are clean, small and on a leash.
+ If you wish to listen to music or watch a film in your room, we ask you to use headphones to maintain a generally calm atmosphere.
+ Please note that we are in the mountains and there are always stairs to climb. We do not have an elevator.
